How do I get started with a Project Scorecard™?

The Project Scorecard™ process is straight forward:

1.	Read all of the steps on this page
2.	Download the Project Scorecard™ General Information Package here (or at bottom of this page) which includes:
	•	Typical questions and detailed answers about Project Scorecards™
	•	Project Scorecard™ Benefit Evaluation Tool for Construction Projects – a rating questionnaire which will help identify how much your construction project can benefit from using a Project Scorecard™
	•	Information on the next steps to get started on your Project Scorecard™
3.	Review the Project Scorecard™ General Information Package and complete the Project Scorecard™ Benefit Evaluation Tool with your project management team
4.	Decide if your project can benefit from using Project Scorecards™
5.	Contact Allan Lowe & Associates Inc. to order your Project Scorecard™ Detailed Information Package which includes:
	•	Detailed information on developing your Project Scorecard™
	•	Typical Project Goals for project success, sample evaluation statements for each Project Goal, and instructions for developing additional and custom evaluation statements if desired
	•	Instructions for the project management team to identify project specific Key Project Challenges and develop strategies and actions to avoid or minimize each identified Key Project Challenge. These strategies and actions will then be measured on the Project Scorecard™
	•	Instructions on completing your Project Scorecard™ Participant List
	•	Scheduling and timing tips for Project Scorecards™
	•	Privacy and confidentiality policies for Project Scorecards™
		Note - There is a $200 CAD deposit for the Project Scorecard™ Detailed Information Package. This deposit is non refundable, but it is deducted from the set-up fee for the initial Project Scorecard™
6.	After you have received your Project Scorecard™ Detailed Information Package, meet with your project management team and develop your Project Scorecard™ measurement criteria using the easy-to-use information provided. You can contact Allan Lowe & Associates Inc. for any assistance required
7.	Return this information to Allan Lowe & Associates Inc. by e-mail (PDF or Microsoft Word format) or fax
8.	Allan Lowe & Associates Inc. will contact you to address any questions and to schedule your Project Scorecards™
9.	Allan Lowe & Associates Inc. sends an e-mail with the online link for the Project Scorecard™ to each Project Scorecard™ Contributor
10.	Participants follow the link and complete the Project Scorecard™ survey, which usually takes between 5 and 10 minutes
11.	Allan Lowe & Associates Inc. completes the Project Scorecard™ Report and e-mails it in PDF format to everyone identified on your Project Scorecard™ Participant List
12.	The project team includes the Project Scorecard™ as an agenda item at their next project meeting, and discusses the Project Scorecard™ results and identifies any necessary actions as a result of the information contained in the Project Scorecard™
13.	The project team identifies any changes required to the Project Evaluation Statements on the next Project Scorecard™ survey, and also any changes in participants for the next Project Scorecard™
14.
