Can Project Scorecards™ be used on other types of projects than construction projects?

Project Scorecards™ are adaptable to many other types of projects
and environments besides construction projects.

The Project Scorecard™ format is also effective as a business
scorecard and a performance scorecard.

Examples of other scorecard applications include:


•	Customer / client satisfaction – evaluate the satisfaction of your organization’s customers and/or clients on an on-going basis

•	Organization strategic performance review – assess and monitor your organization’s performance and adherence to strategic goals and plans

•	Supplier and sub-trade satisfaction reviews – work with your organization’s suppliers and/or sub-trades to ensure and monitor that your working relationship is as efficient and effective as possible
